How do I know if a component is compatible with my bike?

Each product page features a detailed compatibility chart. We recommend checking your handlebar diameter and frame geometry specifications before purchasing, or contacting our support team for a fitment consultation.

What is your shipping policy for international orders?

We ship worldwide using premium carriers. International shipping times typically range from 5-12 business days depending on the destination. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

What is the warranty period on Profile Design products?

All Profile Design products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty applies to the original owner and requires proof of purchase from an authorized dealer.

Can I return a product if it has been installed?

For safety reasons, we only accept returns on items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Once a component has been installed or clamped onto a bike, it is no longer eligible for return unless a defect is found.

How should I maintain my carbon fiber components?

Clean carbon parts with mild soap and water only. Avoid harsh solvents and ensure all bolts are tightened using a calibrated torque wrench to the specific Newton-meter (Nm) settings printed on the product.
