Prepare Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all aerodynamic components, hardware, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
